Feeling like an undomestic goddess
I made peanut butter chicken today. Used garlic, onions, diced tomatoes, red chili flakes, pepper and salt, mushrooms, peanut butter and chicken. Got the recipe online from allrecipes.com
I don’t feel like it’s the best I’ve cooked. :( I might be losing my cooking touch. :(
I bought coffee ice cream because it’s 80 degrees out and sunny!

We had early dismissal at school today and I had a little surprise, breakfast dinner at IHOP.
I have been wanting to eat chicken and waffles for some time now. I am aware that I can cook it, but have really just tortured myself with tv commercials and print ads about chicken fingers (yes it’s unhealthy food, i digress). And we also had Colorado omelettes (yum!)

Under the weather
I’m guessing because I haven’t layered properly and have indulged in large quantities of really cold juice, my throat is itchy, been coughing and have a huge headache and teary eyes to go along with it.
Praying for healing so this sickness does not push through.

Today’s sunday school was really interesting. I thought it was an appropriate reminder and a good discussion on the vision of Young Adult ministry in church and the mission field outside the church.
Young adults are a tricky bunch. If as teenagers, we were emotional kids who valued acceptance and friendships and fun activities, now young adults crave brain stimulation, depth in friendships...

Considering it’s 1am and I have the whirring of the dishwasher keeping me company, and I’m nowhere near sleepy.
Sorry, I just really heart Mrs. Field’s brownies. And keep in mind, i don’t you I ‘heart’ something very often, so you understand as to what degree I like the brownies especially dipping them in milk. =)
