Herb de Provence Chicken

Image from TastyKitchen. Mine looked similar to it, but I did not use spring onions

Herb de provence is a mixture of spices that may have come from Provence in France. The usual spices include savory flowers, fennel seeds, basil, thyme and lavender flowers. It smells really great! :)

Boneless chicken breasts

dried onions

Herb de Provence

butter (3 tbsp)

Honey

Pepper. salt

1 cup of white wine

Cooking Spray

Cooking Instructions

1. Apply cooking spray to a pyrex baking dish. I’m going to be using it as the same place to marinate and bake.

2. Melt some butter and add some honey to it. Rub the chicken with salt and pepper, dried onions and the herb de provence. Pour butter and honey on top of it.

3. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees. Before cooking, add the cup of white wine on top of the chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until well done.

4. Plate and Serve. It smells really good and the honey and herb de provence mix is amazing. :)
