What is your heart song? Is worship to Christ only what we sing in church or what is being played in Christian radio?

I think Christ-centered worship can be expressed through song, dance, joyful noises and thanksgiving! Worship is also something that is not limited to church or to singing, but is something that is integrated in every aspect of our lives. It is a lifestyle.

It is expressed in how we act and perform in our jobs. It is shown in how we treat everybody around us, people we like and people we don’t feel particularly attached to. It is shown in how we act in every relationship we find ourselves in, whether it be relationships for a season or for those that we’ve had for a very long time. It is shown in how we serve others and how we also view ourselves (as God made us, no blowing up of self here. Remember who we worship is very important, it’s the foundation). It is expressed in how much we are able to surrender to the Lord, hopefully all of us (He knows what to do with it more than we can really.)

What motivates us? I like referring to the verse below constantly. :)

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Dear Lord, thank you for your forgiving grace that just never really runs out. Thank you for the love that you gave that has the power to transform our hearts, minds, lives and desires and redirect it to the true matter: Jesus Christ. Thank you for all of creation and being the only Creator there really is. Please continue to guide us through your word and the Holy Spirit and lead many souls to you. Amen.
